- Consultation fees are non-refundable once a booking is made.

Rescheduling Policy

- Rescheduling of appointments is permitted only once per booking, without any additional charge if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

- Clients must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time to request a reschedule.

- Failure to notify within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee without entitlement to a rescheduled appointment.
